    pleasant stay with beautiful views

    The suite with lake view offered amazing sunsets that elevated our experience. The local cuisine in the restaurant was good, with gourmet offerings that delighted our palates. The gardens surrounding the hotel provided a serene escape.

    Lovely, stunningly beautiful hotel, there's clean pool and location is excellent in Miami Beach. The rooms are large, elegant, and come with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. All of the venue's stuff are professional and very responsive. The service is outstanding with free parking available and good meals.

    The room had a fantastic Bose audio system for our movie nights, and we enjoyed some local activities, including golfing nearby. The spa treatments were very nice, and I recommend trying the indigenous massages-they're unique. Don't miss exploring the hotel grounds in a bathrobe during your stay!

    I did find the communication from the staff could be a bit lacking at times .

    I appreciated the fine garden views and the close proximity to Malecon de Jocotepec. Plus, with the Parroquia Del Senor del Monte only about a 30-minute stroll away, I was able to explore more historic landmarks without any fuss.

    We enjoyed the tv and the cool audio system in our suite. My wife loved the spa menu. Exploring all the treatments was a highlight for her . The hotel was great for a relaxing family escape.

    My wife says that the staff's communication was frustrating.
